Autocross Registration

Autocross Registration Procedure

Autocross registration is only available online.  This year, we are using ClubRegistration.Net to process registrations.

Step 1: Create a Profile

If you don’t already have an account, point your browser to: http://clubregistration.net/.   Select Registrant, enter your preferred user name and click on Create Account.  Follow the prompts.

Every driver must have their own account. If you are registering for your spouse or another member, you must create a separate track account for them.

Only online registrations will only be accepted. Other registration methods may be accepted by special arrangement with the Autocross Registrar.

Step 2: Sign Up for Autocross

Once you are signed in, click on the “Search for Events” menu, enter Autocross in the search menu and scroll the results to locate the specific UCR Autocross event.  Autocross registrants are confirmed within 2 weeks of the event.  You may check your status online.

Although you may register early, we advise that you don’t submit payment earlier than 60 days before the event to avoid complications with refunds.

If the number of registrations exceed the capacity of the event, priority will be given on a first come, first served basis.  If you are on the waiting list, you will be notified.  If your state changes, you be advised as soon as possible and no later than the Friday before the event.  If your registration is not confirmed, your payment will be refunded.

All Payments will be made via PayPal.  Payment is taken through PayPal and is processed immediately.  No cheques will be allowed. Other payment methods may be accepted by special arrangement with the Autocross Registrar.

Cancelling

If you need to cancel your attendance for an event, please do so through the online registration system.

Cancelling here is the only way to create an official record of your cancellation request.  To be fair to those on the waiting list, please cancel as soon as you know you can’t make the event.  If payment has been submitted, your refund will also be processed.

Cancellations must be made within 60 days of payment.   After that, we cannot guarantee any refunds.  Cancellations done after midnight of the Friday before the event will not be refunded.
