THE ULTRA 94 PORSCHE GT3 CUP CHALLENGE CANADA BY YOKOHAMA returned to the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP) in Bowmanville for the final two races of the season on the weekend of 25-26 August.
Two of Canada’s major powerhouse dealer-backed teams are those of the Policaro Group and Downtown Porsche.
It featured a jam-packed roster of racing that included not only the GT3 Cup cars, but also the NASCAR Pinty’s Truck Series and the Canadian Touring Car Series so there was lots of on-track action all weekend!.
The GT3 Cup Challenge by Yokohama Series provided fans with some great action as the battling cup cars returned to Canadian Tire Motorsports Park for the final races of the season.
Highlights of the GT3Cup event included Zacharie Robichon capturing his 11th Porsche GT3 Cup victory of the 12-race season and clinching the 2018 Platinum class title.
As one of the great perks of his victory, Zacharie Robichon received the key to a brand-new 2018 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S from Marc Ouayoun, President and CEO Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. Zach will be able to drive the car for the next twelve months. </>
