  • Well All Wright Then!
A company brand or logo is one of its most valuable properties. As one would guess, Amazon, Apple, Google and Microsoft lead all the rest. The Porsche brand is in the top ten of automotive brands. It is easy to understand then why Porsche makes sure all its dealerships have a similar look. Companies like Porsche are keen to protect their brands – and it certainly keeps lawyers gainfully employed! In the early days in America,… Read more: Well All Wright Then!
  • OPP: Yeah You Know Me
On a bright and sunny Sept 1st (the Friday before the long weekend), 21 shiny Porsches met at the Enroute station in Barrie for the start of the Simcoe County driving tour.  For yours truly, it was the inaugural drive for my brand new 718 Boxster GTS which I had just picked up the day before. Not only was the newness ogled by many but I guess the bright Racing Yellow colour also helped.  We… Read more: OPP: Yeah You Know Me

As the air turns cooler and we welcome the blazing fall colours, the warm sunny days of summer become but memories. Graham Jardine lost his battle with cancer and passed away at home. Graham was a stable force on the team as our Track Treasurer. He assisted me every year with the DE Budget, he was the friendly reminder that your credit card had expired, he made… Read more: Goodbye My Friend

  • Rain, Roads & Rhythm
Bringing up the rear of our group, we watched the red glow of the taillights ahead of us, twinkling as the rain poured down on us, sluicing across the middle of the windy roads, twisting around Milton Heights and the Kelso Conservation area. Skies darkened even further and, riding shotgun in the GT4 for the first leg of our organizers’ three-part route, I had to turn the map light on so that I could see… Read more: Rain, Roads & Rhythm
