ALTHOUGH MY OFFICIAL ownership of this 996 started about a year ago, the vehicle was owned by my father-in-law for several years prior. When he was considering a move to a newer P-car, I jumped at the opportunity to pick up the 996 given my familiarity with its history and knowing that both my father-in-law and I are cut from the same obsessive, gear-head cloth. It consistently puts a smile on my face every time I take it out for a drive — which is as often as possible! I’m looking forward to many more years of 996 and P-car ownership. </>
