Discover and explore some of the best black asphalt of Ontario’s Muskoka backcountry, twisting and turning around various lakes and other waterways, rugged rock and mature forest — an invigorating drive set amongst breathtaking scenery, led by someone who knows the area best, a local cottage resident and fellow longtime Porsche Club member. Get your heart pumping and your engine roaring with this incredible drive! The day’s adventure begins mid-morning in Orillia, just an hour north of the Toronto area. Afterwards as the throaty flat-sixes wind down and low-profile performance rubber, now burned just a tad more low, cool down, so do we with a wonderful meal at the host’s cottage, overlooking the lake, back in the Orillia area. Mingle and refresh before heading home.
Hosted by Kathrin Menge, kathrinmenge@rogers.com, 20 Porsches, 300 kilometre, cost $37 per person (includes après meal at the host’s lakeside cottage)
