Guest speakers: Mike Kennelly, Program Coordinator for Autobody & Collision Damage Repair at Fanshawe College and Jonathan Dawson, winner of UCR Scholarship for Autobody & Collision Damage Repair

Come to learn of the technology involved in repairing Porsche cars. Mike Kennelly will present an overview of yesterday’s versus todays car repair techniques. Today’s Porsches employ HSLA steels, heat treated components, aluminium panels and adhesive bonding. Gone are the days of brazing, welding and patching at will. Today’s Technicians are Factory Certified. Be prepared if your Porsche needs repair or restoration. Jonathan is an outstanding winner of this award, so come wish him well on his new career.
