Spring into Action Muskoka Driving Tour
Start the 2018 driving season off right! For our 10th annual Spring into Action Muskoka Driving Tour, this year hosted by your Driving Tours Co-Chairs Peter Hoffman and Stefan Walther, we will meet at Tim Horton’s (naturally) just north of Orillia, then travel along some of the best winding roads of Muskoka in several “Run Groups” enjoying the crisp spring air and breathtaking lakeside views. Along the route, there will be several stops including the best hot chocolate in the Muskokas, a picturesque setting for lunch and a place at the end to regroup and share memories. Our route will start at the north end of Lake Simcoe and wind through Severn Bridge, Khashe Lake, Housey’s Rapids, through Gravenhurst, along the western shore of Lake Muskoka with a stop in Bala, through Port Sandfield, then north between Lakes Joseph and Rosseau for lunch at Crossroads in the town of Rosseau. In the afternoon, we will twist and turn our way south along the western shores of Lakes Rosseau and Muskoka, along Frank Miller Memorial Route towards Gravenhurst, where we will conclude with a mid-afternoon get together.
