Hi Bill, I’m sure it varies depending on the franchise in your area, but I have always had excellent service from Apple Auto Glass. My experience has all been with their Oakville location, but I hear good things about them elsewhere, Be aware that there are relatively inexpensive windshield replacements available, but if you want to retain the OEM type (probably made by Sekurit) with antenna be prepared to pay around $800.
