When cold the flywheel damping is stiff, when warmer its looser. This allows for more undamped movement. Clutch judders then.
If all the parts were replaced then the lywheel is suspect.

Your clutch is more than likely worn out, alo the flywheel which is a dual mass, the center is worn out, although you can not check that unles you remove the clutch.Mantis can do the job.
