Give us a call at Mantis Racing…905-844-6219.

ParticipantTry Toyo R888R`s
Keep the front size as is but consider 265/40/18 or 275/35/18 for the rear depending on availability.

ParticipantYes…official PCA decal…no region affiliation. We all got one with Pano that year to celebrate 50 yrs if I recall in 2005.

ParticipantHi,
What size is it ? and where are you located ?
Thanks Wayne

ParticipantJust my 2cents but the Cdn Tire model is only rated BC. I recommend ABC and then you`ve got yourself covered for whatever is burning…in your car.

ParticipantRod, I agree with you. Unless you`ve got really long arms we are all in the same boat.
Since Paul Neto posted the requirement earlier, maybe he can answer.
Trust me, if my car is on fire I
m going undo my belts first, then grab the extinguisher and get out of the car. I
m guessing that 9/10 chances the fire is accessible from outside the car not inside.Cheers Wayne

ParticipantMantis Racing will make you a custom bracket for $120.00 plus $80 for extinguisher.

ParticipantHi Brian, it appears you haven`t had much response so here is my 2cents.
I would not mount a 225 on a 6.5″ rim as it would stress the bead in spirited driving.
The width is fine with a lower profile of 50 for your car but a wider rim would be recommended.Regards Wayne

ParticipantHi Brian, UCR has been there at least 3 times in the past that I have attended but not for quite a few years now back when we would go to Shannonville one year and Calabogie the next in August. Unfortunately not enough UCR drivers attended both venues to justify the cost. However other PCA Regions and BMW Clubs schedule DE events there and would welcome you without issue as a qualified UCR driver. Check out Calabogie`s event schedule next year and enjoy. A great track !
