Topic: Taycan and alternative propulsion
Description: This tech talk will be an exploration of Porsche alternative drive systems, given by Pfaff Porsche’s trained staff.  The evolution of these complex, efficient, and high-performance powertrains will be traced from the Cayenne Hybrid and Cayenne/Panamera E-Hybrid through to the 918 Spyder, the next-gen E-Hybrid system in the Panamera and the upcoming all-electric system in Taycan. With Porsche anticipating a significant percentage of its volume will be electric by 2025, this will be an intriguing look into the brand’s future.

WHAT
Technical information sessions for UCR members on a variety of Porsche vehicle-related topics. They are hosted by a variety enterprises including approved UCR Tech Centres. Depending on the topic and host’s preference, Tech Sessions may be run in workshop, presentation, demonstration or discussion format.

WHEN
Whenever possible, UCR Tech Sessions take place on the fourth Tuesday of the month, opening for arrival at 6pm, starting at 6:30pm and ending by 9pm.

WHERE
UCR Tech Sessions are conducted at the location of the host.   Limited refreshments are sometimes provided.
