IMSA at CTMP (Porsche Car Corral)

Porsche Cars North America is presenting PorschePlatz at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (Mosport), the weekend of July 12 and 13, during the Chevrolet Grand Prix.
This race is part of the IMSA Weather Tech Sports Car Championship for exotic prototype and GT race cars, on their only Canadian stop. There are four classes in the race: GTP, LMP2, GTD Pro and GTD, which makes for a lot of drama and passing due to the differences in speed.
PorschePlatz will be located across from the pits and will have fenced Porsche-only parking for those attending the race. Live TV feed will be provided in the hospitality tent all weekend. Your “PorschePlatz ticket” gives you access to the hospitality tent, the paddock, the autograph session, and the Grid Walk Sunday morning. Presentations will occur throughout both days. In the past, these presentations have been given by Porsche Cars North America and Canada, IMSA, Michelin and of course drivers and teams. Parade laps for you to drive your Porsche on the track will happen during the weekend, usually early Sunday.  A barbeque lunch is also provided on Sunday, again included with your “PorschePlatz ticket”.
NOTE: a regular “Sunday ticket” will not get you access to Porsche-only parking, the lunches, nor the parade laps.
