February Social – Note it is a Wednesday

PCA UCR invites you to a ?“Mardi Gras” Celebration ? on Wednesday February 18th, 2026.

The celebration will include Live jazz music & Guest Speaker, Staff Sergeant Lhawang Jongdonof the Toronto Police Service and will be hosted at the luxurious Markland Wood Golf Club.

There will be carnival masks, beads and joie de vivre! So get dressed  in the carnival traditional colours of purple (justice), green (faith) and gold (power) et laissez les bons temps rouler!

The “Mardi Gras” buffet with include:

Appetizers

• Gulf Vegetable Salad Tomatoes, Sweet Garlic, Shallots, Capers, Chopped Romaine Lettuce, Spiced Dressing.
• St. Bernard Penne Salad, Roasted Tomato, Black Olives, Red Onion, Parmesan, Chipotle Dressing.
• Warm Potato Salad Green Onion, Creole Mustard Vinaigrette.

Mains

• Jambalaya Seafood, Andouille Sausage, Smoked Paprika, Okra, Diced Mixed Vegetables.
• Blanc Du Bois Brined Chicken Thigh, Roasted Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes.
• Double Baked Mac & Cheese.
• Red Beans & Rice.

Dessert

• Crunchy White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Bourbon Caramel Sauce with

Arrival time is 6pm and dinner will be at 7pm.
