Among his prized possessions is a 2009 Porsche Design Boxster Sport Classic Chronograph, adorned with a sleek black leather strap – a timepiece that epitomizes elegance and performance.
Josh’s passion for Porsche extends beyond his wrist to the asphalt, where his 2009 987.2 Boxster S reigns supreme. The similarities between his Porsche Design watch and his beloved Boxster is quite evident.
One glance at the unique watch face of Josh’s Porsche Design Boxster Sport Classic Chronograph reveals its distinctive character. The indices, varying from top to bottom, create a visually striking contrast that captivates the eye. The bottom half of the face, in particular, harmonizes with the paint of Josh’s Boxster, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

In 1963, Ronnie’s father, living in Calgary, purchased a Rolex for $185, a significant investment at the time. Little did he know that this watch would become a cherished heirloom passed down through generations. Ronnie fondly remembers receiving this timeless piece from his father before he passed away at the ripe age of 92. It was a symbol of the enduring bond between father and son.
After decades of faithful service, Ronnie decided to refurbish the watch, giving it a new lease on life. With a new crown and meticulous care, the watch was restored. Ronnie proudly wears it throughout winter, shielding it from scratches and preserving its pristine condition. But come summer, he switches to his trusty 30-year-old TAG, renowned for its durability.
What sets Ronnie’s watch apart is its remarkable endurance. Despite being over 60 years old, the limited gold on the bezel shows no signs of wear, a testament to Rolex’s quality craftsmanship.
